How do you define wellness? Whatever your goals, the Y is ready to support you on your journey toward improved health. With over 100 group exercise classes, small group personal training, one-on-one training and ActivTrax support system, the Y is here for you.

One-on-One Training

The West Side YMCA offers a variety of one-on-one training packages for squash, racquetball, Pilates, personal training and massage therapy. Our staff hold academic degrees in related fields and/or are certified by nationally recognized accredited agencies, and can tailor a personalized fitness program to match your needs.



ActivTrax is a dynamic digital tool that guides you along your fitness journey with tailored workouts, nutrition tracking and fun fitness challenges and prizes. 

ActivTrax Winter Challenge
Now thru March 25: Earn 2,000 points by completing workouts and win a limited print Y t-shirt! This 12-week challenge is open to all members and staff and any who complete will earn a limited print t-shirt for reaching the goal!
Earn 100 points for each workout. Limit 1 workout per day!
