Facility Update: Please be aware that the Plyo Room and Table Tennis area will be closed in order to accommodate early voting on:  Friday, March 21- Wednesday, April 3      

During this time: · Equipment from the Plyo Room will be relocated to Studio 1 and 3 · Table Tennis will be relocated to studio 5 (Closed Fridays 9:30am-12pm) Thank you!

Indoor Group Exercise Classes

Group exercise classes are free for YMCA members. While most are available on a drop-in basis, some require advance registration on our mobile app. Please see the below schedule for times and details. 

Free Family Programs

Child Watch

Members with a family membership may bring their child (6 months through 7 years of age) to the YMCA Child Watch Program for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Kids will enjoy creative play in a fun, safe environment with responsible YMCA staff members. If the child is not on the family membership, your reservation will be cancelled.

Adult Basketball

Adults can drop in to play basketball - both shootaround and games. First come, first serve—no reservations necessary.

Table Tennis/Ping Pong

Table tennis/ping pong is now available any time the Y is open! Singles play only, unless members of the same family or household. Members are encouraged to bring your own equipment. First come, first serve — no reservation necessary. 

 

Pickleball

Pickleball is included FREE in your Y membership. No experience is required. Just show up and play! Members who are already playing will show you the game.

Personal Training

Work out with a certified YMCA trainer who prioritizes your health and well-being while helping you achieve your fitness goals. NEW! The Y now offers both in-person and virtual personal training. More Information

 

Teen Access

Teen Members or Teen on a Family Membership 
You can come during the Teen hours:

  • Mon-Thu: 3 PM-8:30 PM
  • Sat-Sun: 8 AM-3 PM

Teen on a Family Membership  
You can also come anytime the Y is open, as long as you are with an adult from your family membership.

All teens ages 12 through 17 are required to complete a fitness orientation before using the cardio equipment. Feel free to come in anytime for your FREE fitness orientation. Teens ages 16+ may also use the Free Weight Room/Equipment with parent permission.
