Mat Pilates

Based on original Pilates techniques, this class is designed to restore muscular balance, improve posture, help prevent injury and build strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.

IM=X® Pilates

A form of Pilates exercise utilizing specialized Reformer machines, designed to increase muscle strength, flexibility and improve posture, balance and coordination through stabilization exercises.

Reformer Pilates

A form of Pilates exercise utilizing traditional Reformer machines, designed to develop muscular control, grace, strength and flexibility.
