Teen Center Fitness
Work with a coach and take control of your physical fitness. Teens learn how to improve their fitness, strength and endurance in a fun and supportive environment at the Y through our fitness programs, and are empowered with access to the Y’s fitness center, swimming pool, and indoor basketball court.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30-6 PM
Join the challenge and learn exciting new ways to work out. Y-MVP engages teens in a series of game-like physical activities through an app that tracks their workouts. Led by a Y-MVP fitness coach, teens learn how to improve their fitness, strength and endurance in a fun and supportive environment.
Wednesdays 4-7 PM
Questions about fitness, healthy habits or how to use a machine? Stop by coaching hours for guidance from our coaches.
Programs begin October 3 and run through May 2018. For more information on how to sign up and any program questions, contact our Teen Center department!
Teen Center participants have access to the West Side YMCA's fitness facilities at the discretion of Teen Center staff, including the fitness center, swimming pool and indoor basketball court.
