Wellness Offerings

The West Side YMCA offers one-on-one training sessions in personal Pilates, squash, racquetball, personal training and massage therapy. 

Personal Pilates
Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits. Increasing lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing is a primary focus. Pilates teaches balance and control of the body, and that capacity spills over into other areas of one's life.

Squash/Racquetball
Develop a skill that can last a lifetime with racquetball pro Stephen Arizmendi. With more than 20 years of competitive experience and a Master's in sports management, Stephen knows all of the tricks of the game and how to teach them.‚Äč 

Personal Training
Get a targeted workout! Our staff hold academic degrees in related fields and/or are certified by nationally recognized accredited agencies including the American Council on Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the American Council on Exercise.

Massage Therapy
Far beyond feeling good, massage has an impressive range of documented health benefits. A licensed and certified massage therapist not only stretches and loosens muscle and connective tissue, but also greatly improves blood flow. Treat yourself to the benefits of massage today!
