The West Side YMCA offers a variety of one-on-one training packages for squash, racquetball, Pilates, swimming and personal training. Our staff will help tailor a personalized fitness program to match your needs.

Personal Training
Get a targeted workout with our personal training packages. Our staff hold academic degrees in related fields and/or are certified by nationally recognized accredited agencies including the American Council on Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the American Council on Exercise.

Personal Pilates
Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits. Increasing lung capactity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing is a primary focuse. Pilates teaches balance and control of the body, and that capacity spills over into other areas of one's life.

Squash/Racquetball
Develop a skill that can last a lifetime with racquetball pro Stephen Arizmendi. With more than 20 years of competitive experience and a Master's in sports management, Stephen knows all of the tricks of the game and how to teach them.‚Äč
