What isn't new?

When its renovation is finally complete, the Ridgewood YMCA will be the most modern YMCA in Queens! At the heart of the new YMCA is the enclosure of the former outdoor courtyard, which adds 5,000 square feet to the existing 19,700 over three floors.

Designed around the principles of an open and welcoming flow, the new Ridgewood YMCA will feature completely modernized early childhood and youth program space, computer lab and teen center, a renovated gym with a new viewing area for parents and a state-of-the-art health & wellness center, with cardiovascular fitness equipment and weight training areas.
