YMCA CAMP. WHERE KIDS GO TO GROW.

We offer a variety day camp programs for youth. Programs are offered at the Flushing Y, located at 138-46 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY.

All campers must pre-register to attend camp by completing camp forms and paying a deposit for each week of camp.

TRADITIONAL CAMP
  • KinderCAMP (Ages 2 – 5)  Children will participate in our swimming program, mini field trips, theme days, family events and literacy activities while develpings self confidence and social skills. Children are supervised by a certified head teacher and assisant teacher.
  • Juniors CAMP (Ages 5 – 6) Campers participate in swimming, arts and crafts, health and fitness, group games, and weekly excursions to museums, playgrounds and cultural events. Campers learn how to develop long-lasting friendships and build social skills by learning about and utilizing our four core values.
  • EXPLORER CAMP (Ages 7 – 8) Campers participate in swimming, arts and crafts, health and fitness, group games, and weekly excursions to museums, playgrounds and cultural events. Campers learn how to develop long-lasting friendships and build social skills by learning about and utilizing our four core values.
    ADVENTURE CAMP (Ages 9 – 11) Campers participate in a wide range of sports, instructional swimming, mini trips, arts and crafts, weekly themed days, environmental science and more. Our recreational reading component helps kids sharpen their reading skills throughout the summer months.

TEEN CAMP
(Ages 12-15) Teen Camp helps teens develop social skills and leadership ability while having loads of fun. Swimming, sports, reading, trips and games are all offered as well as leadership development activities that teach youth how to make a positive impact in their neighborhood.

SWIM CAMP
(Ages 8-12) Swim camp is great for children of all swim levels. Swim Camp will emphasize mechanics, technique, stroke and water safety. In addition, campers will participate in traditional camp activities.
