Stroke is a devastating and disabling disease which is preventable and treatable but it is also very time sensitive. Brooklyn Bridge Park Fitness Classes!

This class is tailored for swimmers who are already familiar with the front & back crawl, breaststroke and butterfly (not mandatory) and are looking to improve form, endurance, and speed. Our instructor(s) take a personalized approach towards ensuring that all participants get feedback on improving stroke mechanics, strengthening skills, and eliminating bad habits. Lessons will take place on deck and in the pool. You’ll learn the importance of body mechanics, energy conservation, and hydrodynamics. More Info.
