TEEN FITNESS CHALLENGE: 1 MONTH | 4 WEEKS | 8 CLASSES

WHAT: Fitness program that combines fun and fitness into activities run on an interactive app
WHY: Challenge your fitness goals, track your progress, and get a FREE MEMBERSHIP upon completion of the program
WHO: Middle School and High Schoolers
WHEN: Classes are Tuesdays and Fridays from 5pm-6pm with additional coaching hours Wednesdays 4:30pm-5:30pm

Dodge Y Youth Basketball League
This league emphasizes the importance of having fun and playing basketball, while also developing athletic and social skills, improving educational performance and learning about healthy lifestyles. Check out the flyer here.
