TEEN FITNESS CHALLENGE: 1 MONTH | 4 WEEKS | 8 CLASSES
ENDLESS BENEFITS INCLUDING A START TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE 

Get Fit. Make Friends. Have Fun.

WHAT: Fitness program that combines fun and fitness into activities run on an interactive app
WHY: Challenge your fitness goals, track your progress, and get a FREE MEMBERSHIP upon completion of the program
WHO: Middle School and High Schoolers
WHEN: Classes are Tuesdays and Fridays from 5pm-6pm with additional coaching hours Wednesdays 4:30pm-5:30pm
HOW: SIGN UP now by emailing Coach Victoria at vmyrthil@ymcanyc.org, fill out a form on our YMVP kiosk by the front desk or register at the front desk.
