The Greenpoint YMCA offers approximatley 50 weekly classes FREE with your membership, including yoga, bootcamp, Pilates, belly dancing, Punk Rope, Tai Chi and more! Our Cardio, Strength Training Rooms and Customer Service Center are open 24-hours/day, 7 days/week. Our facility also includes a free-weight room, gymnasium, swimming pool, locker rooms, saunas and multi-purpose space. Child Watch is available to help parents get in their work-out time.
